KB Kinetics LLC CEO & Founder, Dr. Krista A. Bragg, began her healthcare career over 20 years ago, first as an ICU nurse, then as a CRNA, before being promoted to VP of Operations and then COO. From the very start, her natural curiosity and strong business acumen set her apart, propelling her rapid rise into leadership positions. Over the past two decades, Dr. Bragg has served in executive roles across hospitals, payers, and health systems, consistently tackling the complex issues healthcare leaders face daily.

Dr. Bragg has driven meaningful outcomes at top organizations such as UPMC, Allegheny Health Network, Highmark Health, and Health First Health System. Her leadership experience spans both operational and financial challenges, with a focus on practical, innovative solutions. Driven by a commitment to lifelong learning, she has gained valuable insights from both successes and missteps, refining her approach to solving healthcare's toughest problems.
